Dies ermöglicht mir nicht nur eine monetäre Absicherung während der sonst schon schwierigen familiären Situation, sondern ermöglicht mir jederzeit eine höchst professionelle, freundliche und empathische Pflegekraft über meine Sorgen/Bedürfnisse zu befragen und somit bestens unterstützt zu werden. Die Mitarbeitenden sind nicht nur professionell und zuverlässig, sondern auch herzlich, aufmerksam und einfühlsam. Man merkt, dass sie ihre Arbeit mit viel Engagement und Menschlichkeit ausführen. Meine Grossmutter fühlt sich sehr wohl und bestens aufgehoben. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Familie ist immer transparent und freundlich.
